Visolux respects your right with regards to data privacy and data protection when you communicate (online or offline) with us through our websites, mobile applications, offline programs and events. We have developed this Privacy Notice to inform you how Visolux (“we,” or “our”) collects, stores, uses, shares, processes, and protects information about our consumers (“you”).

Information Stored on Visolux

The security and accuracy of the data you store with us is important to us. We will make every effort to ensure that your data is not compromised in any way. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to re-access your personal data, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

Any credit card/banking information you submit via payment processor is encrypted using industry-grade standards and only stored by the credit card/bank payment processor. Visolux does not have access to your credit card/bank details. Your information is transferred and stored securely according to the strictest of guidelines.

  • To communicate with you (including for troubleshooting purposes or customer support);
